Meet Haruto Nakamura

a Japanese chef with an exceptional career, who has conquered the world of gastronomy with his unmatched talent and passion. Originally from Kyoto, Haruto grew up in the heart of Japanese culinary traditions, immersing himself from a young age in the ancestral techniques of preparing sushi and Kaiseki dishes. After working alongside the greatest masters of Japanese cuisine, he decided to share his unique know-how by opening his own restaurant in the 91.
